                                                                                    Project Manager Global Supply Chain 


Purpose of the Job:

The Business Project Manager leads Supply Chain projects and coordinates the relevant project teams in the Supply Chain locations. Furthermore, it is supposed that inefficient processes are detected and proposals are made to improve them. For this role, it is vital that communication within the wider Triumph organization takes place to ensure an integrated best practice process.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Support the Supply Chain department to serve the global Triumph International requirements:

  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Review deliverables prepared by teams before passing to Management.
  • Effectively apply methodologies and enforce project standards.
  • Ensure project documents are completed, current, and stored appropriately

Process management

  • Reviews actual processes and propose improvements
  • Identifies critical processes and takes care of monitoring and improvement
  • Identifies and tracks KPIs for distribution & logistics processes
  • Introduces and improves process management procedures
  • Defines and improves process interfaces between various supply chain functions within Triumph International
  • Coordinates IT requirements and takes care of fulfillment together with global IT organization
  • Contributes to SCM process improvements       


Your ideal profile:

  • Supply chain background (preferably in the textile/apparel industry)
  • At least 5 years of Project management experience
  • Job holder holds an academic degree in business administration and/or engineering
  • Fluent in English 
  • Willingness to travel to other sites involved in the broader Supply Chain area (max. 20% of work-time)
