Our IT Department at the Shanghai Office in Shanghai China is looking immediately for a highly motivated


                                                                    Assistant IT Manager (f/m) (working 100%)


This role will support the Head of IT in China and be primarily responsible for the local IT applications and the relevant projects. He/she is a key facilitator within Triumph’s China IT team, and needs to be performance driven and support the change within the organization.   

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the local maintained applications, and ensure high availability & efficiency of all the legacy & new applications, interfaces & reports
  • Coordinate and manage application incidents using ITIL methodology and/or Triumph IT processes (e.g. ticket requests)
  • Provide onsite support to system related projects when required
  • Identify & contribute to the continuous improvement, standardization or development of local maintained applications    

Your ideal profile:

  • 5+ year work experience in application analysis, implementation and maintenance
  • Hands on experience in system development & project management is appreciated
  • Experience on corporate/retail related applications (e.g. ERP/DRP, BI, POS, CRM, etc.) is a strong plus
  • College diploma in computer science, engineering or equivalent
  • Practical skills on either Windows server, MS SQL & .Net or Linux & Java are required;
  • Communication & interpersonal skills with IT/Non-IT users and vendor
  • Problem identify & solving ability for project & daily routine job
  • Exposure to the retail, fashion or consumer product industry would be a plus
