Our CRM Department at the Malaysia Office in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia is looking immediately for a highly motivated

 

 

                                                                               CRM Executive (f/m) (working 100 %)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

You are primarily responsible for driving customer loyalty and retention in Malaysia.

Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible to drive customer loyalty and retention through the delivery of insights and targeted CRM campaigns.
  • Responsible for maintaining members’ profile in CRM system.
  • Data cleansing & audit checks of membership reward points.
  • Coordinate CRM related activities and functions with the sales/marketing teams.
  • Performs day-to-day execution of CRM and email/SMS marketing activities to drive business growth.
  • Attend to Call-in request from external and internal customers relating to CRM matters.
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting and analysing all CRM activities.
  • Support Sales Team to Drive Sales.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned from time to time by superior.
  • Responsible to drive customer loyalty and retention and CRM campaigns for sloggi Brand.
  • Responsible for integration of One Membership program (Merge of Triumph & sloggi program).
  • Responsible for Omni-channel integration of CRM (customer queries + membership reward points) in ECOM platform.
  • Data Tracking and analysis for sloggi Brand & E-commerce to drive omni-channel sales.
