Our Buying and Allocation department at our office in Milan-Segrate (Italy) is looking immediately for a highly motivated


                                                              Retail store allocator (f/m) (100 %)

                                                                       maternity replacement

The purpose of the role is to ensure optimal product flow in retail stores in the region of South of Europe and optimize revenue to achieve business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Stock and price check and maintenance for retail and factory stores in Italy, Portugal, Spain
  • Manage product stock, replenishment maintenance
  • Assortment and stock adjustment
  • Order management
  • Upload Novelty
  • Undertake month closure activities
  • Monitoring sales figures
  • Manage complaints
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting


Your ideal profile:

  • Around 3 years of similar experience required ideally gained in retail industry
  • Experience in managing stock, assortment
  • order management and customer service-related experience
  • Understanding of Retail business and KPI understanding in strong advantage
  • Excel – strong skills/ability to create Pivot tables, use different formulas
  • SAP skills – must have
  • Experience in working with multiple software, systems related to product management
  • Fluency in Italian and English
