Our Finance Department at the Shanghai Office in Shanghai China is looking immediately for a highly motivated

 

 

                                                           Treasury supervisor (f/m) (working 100%)

 

Roles & Responsibilities:  

Strategy and Operations:

  • Ensure sufficient cash funding for business operation.
  • Lead, prepare and review direct cash flow budget and rolling forecast for commercial business.
  • Prepare, review and submit Group cash flow report.
  • Ensure cash safety by implement internal control in daily cash transaction. Support daily cash collection and payment for E-commercial channel.
  • Focus on daily cash collection.
  • Maintain and upload all China insure policy into database.

 Influencing and building a sustainable organization:

  • Be responsible for collect cash demand and operate cash funding transfer for 35 commercial branch companies, so as to ensure sufficient operation cash flow.
  • Timely prepare and review direct cash flow annual budget and rolling forecast for CN02, review and reconcile with In-direct cash flow plan, propose cash flow exposure and opportunity and support the solution making.
  • Timely and accurately, prepare payment proposal for 35 commercial branch companies and execute on time.
  • Overview and maintain the accuracy and timely update of company legal information for all 85 bank accounts in China.
  • Ensure safety and policy compliance of cash payment and movement by review all payment instructions including FX currency payments.
  • Be responsible for vary group cash flow reporting.

Leadership:

  • Efficient communicate with inter and cross function departments for cash flow demand and forecast.
  • Self-driven to solve issues with internal and external counterpart.
  • Maintain sound relationship with banks.

Performance Measurement:

  • Will be subject to predefined KPIs according to performance management concept
  • Timely prepare and execute cash payment with accuracy
  • Ensure the accuracy of Bellin forecasting balance must be within the 90% to 110% target each months on a rolling months to-months basis
  • Ensure all 85 bank accounts running smoothly
  • Ensure timely submit Group cash flow report with accuracy
  • Ensure reasonable cash flow rules be set up in the System     

Your ideal profile:

  • High motivated
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive to challenging environment
  • Good command of financial regulation and financial forecasting
  • Familiar with bank operation rule and CN SAFE & PBOC rules for trading and non-trading business
  • Has 5 year cash and banking related work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Language Skills: Good English writing and speaking
  • IT proficiency: PC skill especially Excel/PowerPoint
