Our DACH department in our headquarters in Munich, Germany, is looking for a highly motivated

                                        Solution Manager Sales / SAP (Inhouse) Consultant SD (f/m/d) (100 %)

Roles & Responsibilities:          

  • Govern and design current and future applications in the area of Sales and Distribution (OTC, B2B, B2C), Point of Sales and their Process Integration.
  • Lead initiatives such as sub-projects or enhancements and act as application owner for a set of defined applications according to the area of expertise.
  • Analyze and refine demand requirements provided by Business Relationship Manager and business units for delivering the necessary IT solutions and services to business.
  • Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed and comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources.
  • Steer and liaise external partners to suggest a high level technician solution.

Your ideal profile: 

  • 3+ years of experience in designing and building solutions and applications in the area of Sales and Distribution, CRM, POS DM, Retail and their Process integration using SAP R/3.
  • 4+ years of experience in analyzing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of architectural concepts and process integration of Sales and Distribution, Retail, POS Data management and CRM in the overall application landscape using SAP R/3 as backbone.
  • Analytical thinking abilities and client facing communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, positive “can-do” attitude, self-directed and assertive and service oriented.
  • Agile mindset and experience in Usage of agile/scrum methodology.
  • Experience in working with and capabilities to coordinate 3rd party IT service provider.
  • Bachelor degree in engineering, business, finance, economics, IT or equivalent.
  • Basic SAP ABAP or other programming skills beneficial.
  • Ability for project-related and global travel.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English as our corporate language (German is a plus).
