               Assistant Retail Marketing Manager (f/m) (working 100%)

Purpose of the job:

The Assistant Retail Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering strong channel marketing programs across both wholesale and retail outlets bringing visual excitement and creativity to the brand across the market, lead retail marketing team to work closely with cross function to achieve sales target together.

This ‘hands-on’ role, reports into the Marketing Manager and will work closely with regional counterparts. The Assistant Retail Marketing Manager will lead retail marketing team to achieve daily/monthly task to support cross function, localize the brand vision to create a best in class shopping experience across our business. They will have a clear commercial vision connecting consumer behavior, product displays and key marketing and sales initiatives together across Triumph and be confident to make a difference.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Working with the regional team to ensure alignment of Global Brand Guidelines for Channel/Retail Marketing; Leading local Retail Marketing Specialist and working closely with VM, Brand Marketing and across departments (Commercial/ Assortment) to deliver branding materials and manage consumer events across key accounts and malls.
  • Localize, develop and implement channel marketing strategies across Taiwan that engage and inform consumers of our product offering and increase footfall.
  • Develop creative and exciting initiatives to drive footfall, engage consumers and staff while visualizing the brand stories to their maximum potential in the spaces provided
  • Create support and education tools across all channels to ensure implementation can be delivered with ease by the teams on the shop floor each season – windows/splash/POSM
  • Planning and developing a process for each campaign launch to ensure timely printing, delivery and launch of marketing material, signing off channel proposals and managing multiple stakeholders across the business
  • Identifying commercial opportunities across the channel portfolio to generate increased sales within a designated and allocated space.         

Your ideal profile:

  • 5 years’ experience in a retail marketing/visual merchandising or communication, within proven results in a client or agency environment.
  • Team/project leading experience is plus
  • Degree in marketing or visual communication is preferred.
  • Experience to execute and drive channel marketing initiatives
  • Good budget control, communication skills and time management.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to priorities and deliver in tight deadlines.
  • You must be able to work autonomously as well as possess strong team spirit and have a bright and positive attitude
  • A drive for achieving results, build up relationship with local sales;
  • Good at English;
  • A degree in marketing or visual communication related qualification
  • A creative individual who can work with extensive product ranges and align to business and marketing plans;
  • Strong attention to detail. Ability to work within a close-knit marketing team, take direction and work with initiative.  Ability to handle multi-task under pressure, detail oriented, responsible and good time management.
