工作目的

根据公司的经营方针,协助销售经理制定经营计划和业务发展目标。负责全市实现年度销售和利润目标。

负责分公司实现年度销售和利润目标。

 

一般职责

战略与运营:

  • 绩效管理:在公司品牌理念和相关政策指导下,加强品牌推广,促进销售,提高市场销量和品牌美誉度。
  • 客户关系合作:与客户、百货公司保持合作互利,创造合作共赢,促进彼此和谐,实现更好的合作,提供更好的销售平台。
  • 人员管理:安排和配合SA的工作时间和遇到的问题,帮助SA解决实际问题。
  • 产品管理:执行产品管理方针,积极做好工作部署,充分利用好资源。
  • 团队建设:调动SA的工作积极性,培养工作协调和沟通能力,使团队团结进取。
  • 货物培训:及时对SA进行现场培训,并以书面和现场方式进行考核。
  • 柜台展示:监督柜台的清洁;按照公司的原则检查柜台的展示。
  • 信息反馈:收集竞争对手的信息并反馈给公司。
  • 销售培训:协助培训顾问进行销售技能培训,现场检查销售结果并给予具体指导。
  • 异议处理:监督SA处理客人投诉。
  • 其他:制作SA、客户信息等报表。

  • 流动性/旅行要求:能适应出差
