Our Marketing Department at our office in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated


              Digital Marketing Specialist Europe  (Focus: Organic Social Media) (f/m) (100 %)


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create and distribute the monthly social media toolkit together with the digital content lead Europe
  • Constant cross channel alignment (Brand Marketing, Retail & Retail Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, PR & Communications) to ensure seamless communication of narratives, sales activities and promotions
  • Planning, collection and additional creation and posting of the content
  • Organizing of content and deployment via internal system
  • Copywriting
  • Full management of global organic channels: Instagram, Pinterest, any other future platforms (e.g. TikTok)
  • Cross-regional (Europe, Asia & Japan) alignment on monthly content
  • Ad hoc content creation on mobile apps
  • Main Point of Contact for community management agency
  • Assist in managing internal and external agencies in development of the European digital marketing campaigns
  • Tracking and reporting of performance metrics (focus organic), including preparation of presentations


Your ideal profile:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of digital marketing experience gained in an international, corporate environment
  • Social media savvy – heavy user of all major platforms
  • Basic Photoshop skills and/or any other tool of the Adobe product suite a plus
  • Good understanding of the mechanics of social media communication and digital information architecture
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Excellent command of English, any other language would be a plus
  • Eye for aesthetics and attention to details
  • Hands-on approach and autonomous
  • Proactive with positive attitude
