Our DACH department in our headquarters in Munich, is looking for a highly motivated

                          Sap Consultant - Supply Chain - Sap PP/DS - SAP MM (f/m/d) (100 %)

Roles & Responsibilities:          

  • Analyze and refine demand requirements provided by Business Relationship Manager and business units for delivering the necessary IT services to business
  • Develop rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine technical feasibility of solution
  • Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with relevant stakeholders
  • Develop detailed and comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources
  • Design, Build (Customizing) and Test Solution in SAP MM/PP/ PP/DS (S4 HANA)
  • Liaise with the service development team (external partner) to suggest a high level technical solution
  • Develop project estimates (costs, timeline) for the development of the technical solution as an input for the overarching business case
  • Ensure that the relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades (e.g. new release updates) to existing services
  • Coordinate and execute user acceptance tests with Business Relationship Manager and business units
  • Act as application owner in the area of Production and Purchasing

Your ideal profile: 

  • 4+ years of experience in designing and building solutions and applications in the following area: SAP MM/PP/PP/DS (S4 Hana)
  • 4+ years of experience in analyzing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies
  • 4+ years of functional solution development and documentation
  • Experience in interacting with business customers and managing expectation
  • In-depth understanding of business issues and data challenges of the organization and industry as a whole
  • Knowledge of the relevant process landscape: Planning to Produce, Planning to Procure, Raw Material Planning, Integration with External Vendors.
  • Strong focus on SAP related solutions is beneficial
  • Solid understanding of architectural concepts and integration of supply chain applications in the overall application landscape.
  • Project management skills are beneficial
  • Basic SAP ABAP or other programming skills beneficial
  • Experience in SAP APO; SAP MM, SAP PP/DS; SAP MM, SAP QM and S4 Fashion; SAP IBP, Gerber AccuMark beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, economics, IT or equivalent
  • Exposure to the fashion industry would be beneficial
  • Fluent English is required, German is a plus
  • Excellent MS Office skills
