Our Distance Retail Wholesale Department located at the office in Heubach (Germany) is looking for a highly motivated 


                                                                              Key Account Manager

                                                                  Distance Retail DACH (f/m/d) (100%)


 Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales and budget responsibility
  • Managing of sales negotiations
  • Managing collections and realization of presentations in showrooms, POS and at trade fair
  • Acquire of new customers
  • Use management tools such as assortment planning or BW reporting to ensure both retailer awareness and strong customer relationships
  • Identify growth opportunities that serve to expand sales
  • Develop annual plans with KA customers in line with the company's communication plans & in close collaboration with Marketing teams
  • Maintain close relationships with customer service to ensure a general understanding of the retailer's needs 
  • Planning of new products / new assortments for customers (using the SPICE planning tool)
  • Order management (reorders and contracts) to ensure availability
  • Observation of the general underwear market and competitors
  • Monitoring and improvement of customer assortments

Your ideal profile:

  • 2 years of professional experience in similar positions in distance retail / e-commerce / sales, within a fashion / consumer goods / FMCG or a comparable industry is a plus
  • Good knowledge of online market dynamics in terms of sales channel and competition with experience in maintaining and interpreting market information
  • Online-oriented openness to new media and a generally fast-moving environment
  • Excellent command of English & German (spoken and written)
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and good SAP skills
  • Driving license – must have
  • Strong relationship management and organizational skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Positive charisma with passion for the products
