Our E-Commerce Department at the headquarters in Bad Zurzach, (Switzerland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated

                                               Junior Buying & Demand Planning Manager (f/m) (100%)

ln this role you will be able to support the growth of our European own E-Commerce with the selection and management of stock and assortments in line with Brand targets and E-commerce business plan for our brands Triumph and Sloggi.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal demand planning of seasonal and basic products to guarantee consumer satisfaction as welI as forecast accuracy
  • Define and communicate the target stock management strategy and coordinate deliveries with central and E-Commerce warehouse according to seasonal volatility and expected coverage level
  • Conduct seasonal trend analysis and assortment analytics
  • Prepare and attend assortment meetings to provide E-Commerce needs
  • Support weekly reporting on agreed KPI's and propose action where appropriate to ensure that profit and sales targets are achieved
  • Be in charge of price maintenance and price management by ensuring alignment across channels
  • Collaborate with Buying & Merchandising Manager regarding markdown management
  • Create promotional codes
  • Conduct additional analysis and reporting based on ad hoc needs

Your ideal profile:

  • University degree in business economics, supply chain management or other related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Buying, Demand Planning or Category Management
  • Fluent communication skills in English, German and French are a plus
  • Excellent skills in Excel, SAP/SPICE/Smart Supply is a plus
  • Strong team player with a “Can do” mentality and proactive, practical and hands-on approach
  • High drive and result oriented, strong financial acumen and focus upon KPI setting
  • Experience in E-Commerce is a plus
